About the Role

We are looking for a versatile, elite Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. While a core pillar of your initial responsibilities will involve leading the implementation, custom development, and support of an enterprise Odoo ERP system for a major corporate group in the UAE, this is not just an Odoo role.

As a key technical asset in our growing engineering team, you will design, build, and scale a variety of other software products and internal tools. You will work across diverse programming languages, modern frameworks, and database architectures, making this the perfect role for a polyglot developer who thrives on variety and end-to-end technical ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Odoo Enterprise Engineering: Drive the custom backend (Python) and frontend (OWL/JS) development, module optimization, and group-level reporting governance for a large-scale UAE enterprise implementation.
  • Multi-Stack Product Development: Architect, build, and maintain robust web and mobile applications across a variety of modern stacks (e.g., Node.js, React, Python/Django, Go, or .NET—depending on project needs).
  • Database & Data Pipeline Management: Design and optimize schemas across multiple database environments, handling relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) as well as NoSQL or real-time data streaming architectures where required.
  • System Integration & API Design: Build resilient, secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs to seamlessly connect Odoo, proprietary systems, external third-party tools, and hardware endpoints.
  • DevOps & Infrastructure: Maintain high standards for code quality through CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Technical Problem Solving: Act as a flexible technical troubleshooter, identifying "quick wins" to optimize system bottlenecks and deliver immediate commercial and operational value.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Polyglot & Multi-Stack Proficiency: Proven experience working across multiple backend languages (Python is required; Node.js, Go, or Java/C# a plus) and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Odoo Expertise: Solid foundational experience (2–3+ years) in Odoo ERP development (v16/v17 preferred), including custom module creation, XML, and the OWL framework.
  • Database Mastery: Advanced proficiency in PostgreSQL (for Odoo), with strong working knowledge of other database engines (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis) and query optimization.
  • Systems & Architecture: Solid understanding of microservices, event-driven architecture, and secure API integration.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a highly quantitative/analytical field.

Preferred Soft Skills & Experience

  • Ability to switch contexts fluidly between structured enterprise ERP development and agile, rapid-prototype product development.
  • Experience delivering software solutions for international clients (GCC/UAE or UK experience is a strong advantage).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a sharp commercial mindset geared toward building scalable, business-critical software.
